When it comes to the language of love, we may talk a good game in the powder room or the locker room, but we still have a lot to learn where it counts most...the bedroom. According to sex therapist Dr. Barbara Keesling, nothing is more exciting than talking sexy to the one you love and having him or her talk sexy to you. The right words at the right time can start a fire burning inside that feels like it will never go out. It can make you feel breathless, insatiable, and unstoppable, and it can do the same for your partner.
Talk Sexy to the One You Love (and Drive Each Other Wild in Bed) is for all of us who are ready to heat up our lovemaking by learning to ask for what we really want and to say how we really feel. Talking sexy does not mean being degrading or disgusting. It means being provocative, seductive, and secure. It means heightening sexual chemistry and having a lot more fun in bed.
Dr. Keesling's exercises move from tame icebreakers to bona fide ice melters, showing us how to vocalize the thoughts that may always be on our minds -- by having fun with enticing adjectives, vocalizing sexual fantasies, or reading aloud sexy bedtime stories. Talk Sexy to the One You Love offers safe and stimulating lessons to achieve a more enjoyable, fulfilling, and electrifying love life. Read by the author.

Customer Rating: Summary: Didn't read the warnings. Only for women. Comment: Simply put the book was geared towards women so I had little use for it. And gave it away to a friend.
Customer Rating: Summary: WOW- Great Book for Lovers Comment: We purchased this book not knowing for sure what to expect. This book really helps bring out the erotic talking in a relationship.
Customer Rating: Summary: Older women Comment: I'm 20 and was looking for a book to teach me to talk sexy, maybe more seductively. Like all self-help books, this one is all about boosting your confidence. This book suggests you write in a notebook/journal as you read it. Maybe it would help. This book is designed for 35+ year old woman who have never used a sexually explicit word in her entire life. Not the book for me, but maybe for you.
Customer Rating: Summary: You WILL Talk Sexy After Reading This Book Comment: This book takes you through a detailed step-by-step process to learn how to talk sexy. After reading this anyone can do it no matter how much they may feel uncomfortable or think they can't.
Customer Rating: Summary: Learning to talk sexy without talking smack Comment: My wife and I have been reading this book together, and it is a real "ear-opener." It is remarkable how uncomfortable most men and women are with truly sensuous talk in today's world where sex seems to be ubiquitous. However, just as there is a difference between f***ing and making love, there is a difference between the raunchy, cheap smut talk and truly erotic, intimate talk between lovers. If you are looking for smack, don't buy this book. If you are looking to express yourself in words that will truly animate and stimulate your sex life, this is a terrific book. One word of warning: There are 51 exercises in the book, and doing them will take some time. This is not a book to blaze through, check the box, and say, "OK, now I've read that book and I know how to talk sensually with my lover." Good sex is not automatic, and neither is good erotic dialogue. Practice makes perfect.
