Summary: A nice treatment instead of surgery
Comment: I received my book on time and well package. I do recommend this book for all those who are going through situations like fibroids. It is a good treatment plan instead of surgery. I am following up a diet with exercise and I feel great as if I don't have anything inside of me .
Follow the advices on this book and you will not need to go through surgery with this book. It is an excellent book I highly recommended .

Comment: I like the book, but honestly I expected a little more. The book is with no doubt, an excellent source of general information about Fibroids. And the most complete one, that I have read so far. I believe my frustration is more regarding the title that has been given to it, which may lead you to think you are purchasing a real step-by-step "guide" to be followed towards the healing of fibroids. This doesn't happen. The information is indeed awakening and very helpfull, but it's all in a very general way. He explains each one of surgery procedures and their pros and cons, and he keeps on explaining about food, herbs, suplements, exercises, and their importance on the healing process, but do not expect a real "guidance" on a daily basis, like how much of each you are supposed to have. I like the book, because it gave me a different perspective. Now I know I have other options rather than surgery only, but it is really something you should look for a natural or holistic doctor (which he suggests and gives a list of names and phone #s) in order to start a proper natural healing treatment that will suit you.

Comment: If you're dealing with fibroids and want to avaoid a hysterectomy, this book is for you. It's very informative in terms of the body's digestion and hormones, as well as offers many things you can do to work toward healing yourself. Very highly recommended!

Summary: Answer to a Nightmare
Comment: This book fully addressed my symptoms, causes and treatment. I felt so empowered after reading this book. My Dr. suggested that I have my uterus removed, but the information supplied gave me the alternatives I needed. I have to live with this problem and the treatment, so I was able to chose the method that I could best live with. My fibroids are huge 9.4cm, 7.1cm & 7.3cm, but I'm following the advise listed and have had success. Thank you so much for this wonderful publication. As a black women, fibroids run in my family. I'm so happy to be the one to help the younger ones know how to avoid suffering what I'm going through, and assist the older family members on how to cope/shrink them.
