I've only used it a couple of times because I don't wear eyeliner very often, but it goes on smooth,stays on pretty well and the color is a nice aqua blue. I thought the color would be a little more vibrant. But overall, it's a good deal for the quality of the product and I would buy it again. The pencil is a bit too hard for a smooth application and it smears when my eyes tear. I tried using a powder over the liner to "set it" but it still tends to run. I wouldn't buy it again.
