Comment: These are easy to grip and use, and just the right weight for me to get started. With my small hands, the seam is not really a problem, I just make sure my palms are on the opposite side. The weights have notched outer edges that keep them from rolling when put down. The color is really nice too. Would highly recommend for any woman looking to start with weight training.

Comment: I love these cute purple hand weights! They are very easy to carry and provide just enough weight to help build those arms while walking. Especially for beginners.
When it's really, **really** hot and HUMID out, they are a bit slippery and difficult to hang on to, but certainly better than those weights without the Neoprene coating. I highly recommend these little purple pills. =)

Comment: These weights are a great value for the money. My only complaint is that they get slippery toward the end of my workout. I'm constantly wiping my hands in the middle between sets. Gloves might be the answer to my problem but wanted to share it anyway.

Comment: I bought these weights to help me with my veins. I have really deep veins and it's very hard when I have to do test for the nurses to find a vein. Someone recommended to me to get some weights and work my arms a few times a week and it would help with my veins. I think these weights are perfect for what I do. There not to heavy and they get the job done. I've been told by the nurses that my veins seem to be improving. I love the neoprene one them, it really helps to grip when I'm working out. I also like that fact that there's a little knot on each side of the weight so if you place them down they won't continue rolling. I love these weighs and would recommend them to anyone who has trouble with there veins or just want a little something to workout with.
