Comment: This workout mat is very nice. It is extremely padded and you can almost fall asleep on it, which isn't good if you are just stretching after a 5 mile run in 95 degree heat.
Not a reflection on the actual mat at all, but Amazon shipped it in a box that was about the same size as my 42" plasma box. This may upset some but the actual item is great.

Comment: I ordered this to replace my yoga mats due to Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. I was unable to exercise due to extreme pain from the least amount of pressure and this mat was a life saver! I am now able to exercise once again, from yoga to Tai Chi to any form of exercise requiring a mat. I researched this particular mat and this was by far the best value.
