Comment: I have tried many fat burning DVDs before and never stuck with it. This I have managed to stick with because, to me, it is fun. This is something I can stick with.
I have lost a lot of weight. I cannot attribute it all to Hip Hop Abs because it is a part of a comprehensive nutrition/workout program that I have been following for about a year and a half now.
I bought this because it looked like fun. I never have been a good dancer and thought this might help a little. It has. Although I still do not claim to be a good dancer.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants a fun way to do cardio and work out your abs.
Just remember without following good nutrition, this alone will not get it done.

Comment: The is a great program. It works your entire body. I have been using the Hip Hop ABS dvd for about 2 and a half months and I have lost about 20 lbs. I also have really bad knees from sports but this workout program did not cause any problems. I would recommend this program for any level workout person. GREAT!!!!!!!!!
