Summary: More than Imagined !!
Comment: Minimum assembly, quality control at factory needs to make sure cables are on pulleys. Once cable back on pulley, everything operated flawlessly. Machine is more than claimed on TV, and is excellent, especially for someone who is just starting out/not worked out for a long period and I am not able to exceed the maximums of this machine yet. The CD is great. The manual is very informative and helpful. This machine forced me to use my core-muscles and the Pilates excersises are areal wake-up. Easy to use, not complicated and so far extremely helpful toward a goal of overall fitness.

Comment: I really love this machine and the ease of how it works is great. I have many restrictions with my back and shoulder, however this machine works great! One concern I have is one of the clips was bent and I had to send it in already. I am still waiting for a replacement. That is why it is only getting 3 stars

I really enjoy my Pilates Power gym. It's the first as seen on tv product I purchased that is well made. It came already put together and is really easy and fun to use. I've seen results from it. I live in an apartment and wanted a small unit that I could use when I can't get to the gym. I like that it's compact and that it doesn't take up much room. I will say if you are a big or tall person, the board size is not that big. I'm 5'5" tall. Overall, great product.

Summary: Pilates Power Gym a good addition to my home gym
Comment: I debated for about 8 months whether to buy this machine or not. I checked out many sights to read reviews and finally about 2 months ago I bought this machine. It arrived quicker than I thought it would and the package was in good shape. This is a sturdy little machine and I can do pilates or strength training. I use it in conjunction with my treadmill, rebounder, and free weights. I really like it.

Comment: Pilates Power GymI love the variety of exercises I can do - quick results with a focused workout and it's great for stress management! The power cords are easy to adjust and the incline angles are comfortable. The handgrips are very ergonomic, well padded and it is extremely easy to change positions and intensity of resistance. I look forward to my evening sessions after work and find it relaxing. I'm even sleeping better! It's great to do while listening to music.
