Summary: may help some
Comment: OK, but I found it difficult to relax as I didn't find her voice very soothing and kept thinking of 'Bubble'. Also she kept talking about your babies, when many women are being encouraged to have only one embryo implanted.
Also I think it would help if it was broken into more sections, so you can listen to the section that is relevant to your treatment.
A good start, but I couldn't get into it.

Summary: It worked for me
Comment: I used this throughout my IVF treatment and could see clear improvements in my attitude towards the treatment. I got prgnant first time, and whilst obviously can't say it was entirely due to the CD what I can say is that the CD helped me enjoy the whole process and remove a lot of the stress I was feeling. I found it especially useful to play track 4 (which is music only) when it came to administering injections on myself (the part of the treatment that had filled me with fear) as I was able to quickly remember a relaxed state when it was playing.
Given that the whole cost of IVF is so high I'd recommend to anyone as a cheap way of helping cope with the process.

Comment: This cd did nothing for me. During the gruelling process of IVF you need to be relaxed and keep your positivity. The woman's voice on this cd is just squeaky and annoying. She did not relax me at all. Save your money and invest in some accupuncture or meditation classes.

Summary: Success at last! This CD was a fantastic support during IVF treatment.
Comment: I bought and used this CD during my 3rd IVF cycle (summer 2007). When I first listened to it I couldn't stop giggling because the practitioner's voice was so slow and soothing. As I carried on using it I found it more and more relaxing and it really helped me focus my mind on visualising a positive outcome. I am sure that using the CD was one of the factors that helped this cycle to work (we are now expecting a baby in May 2008 - hooray!) I tried acupuncture on my 2nd cycle but found that this CD was more beneficial as it allowed me to be more in control and I could listen to the CD before going to bed or as frequently as I wanted during the build up to egg collection and embryo transfer. It also helped me to stay positive during the 2 week wait. I hope it brings a similar level of success and comfort to others ladies who are trying to conceive through IVF treatment.
