Comment: I have been doing pilates for several months and bought this video to use when I couldn't go to my class. It is helpful if you already know the basic of pilates but is not ideal for beginers.

Summary: An excellent video for pilates exercising at home.
Comment: This video is an excellent accompaniment to regular pilates exercises that you might practice in a class. However, it also provides a visual and clear explanation of positioning and muscles to use, to avoid injury and to get the most benefit from the exercises. The actual 'workouts' provide options for beginners/intermediate and advanced levels and with all videos, one can put the pause button on to increase the repetitions. However, the main draw of this video is Pat Cash; not only a thoroughly enjoyable visual experience, but he is a high profile sportsman who has successfully used Pilates to overcome a back injury. His presence is a genuine draw! and there was a real buzz in my Pilates class for this video. More please!

Comment: This differs from Lynne Robinson's other pilates videos (I have all three) in that she has Pat Cash as presenter with her - the combination works really well and keeps you involved and motivated. I like the way that this video has five separate short workouts as this makes it easy for a session before going to work. Some of the exercises are more challenging than in Lynne's other videos - can't master 'rolling like a ball'!! Pilates is great and this has to be the safest and most effective of this year's fitness vidoes. Roll on number 5!
