Summary: Fantastic!!!!
Comment: I am very over weight and didn't think I would be able to do this but to my amazement I am not only capable of doing it I love it too. It builds you up a sweat and gets you out of breath. Not only that it also makes you feel so good about yourself, after every session I always yell out YES! because I feel so great. I have noticed my arms and legs are more toned and my whole body shape is changing... for the better. I have already lost over a stone in weight in a month and it just keeps on coming off. I would recommend this to anyone. Can't wait for the second one, about time too!

Comment: This DVD is fantastic! The workout is incredible! It simply engages so many of your body's energies that by the end you are left feeling mesmerized! I cannot recommend this DVD HIGHLY ENOUGH. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: Exercise to lift your spirits !!
Comment: This video is great for anyone who has had enough of more conventional exercise videos; it is fun and entertaining, and it gives you a great sense of relaxation by the end. I loved joining in with the shouts, and felt the tension releasing bit by bit. The video made me smile so much, partly because of laughing at them on screen, partly laughing at myself, and I guess getting into the spirit of it. By the end I did feel a lot more positive. Its a good video for lifting your spirits I think.
I personally loved the encouragement that he gives out; I am not particularly a fan of all that shouting 'good' and 'yay' and 'go get 'em' in other contexts, but here I felt it actually works superbly well in encouraging you to keep going and I felt like he was actually wanting everyone following the video to get as much out of it as he was.

Summary: This work out is a bit slow
Comment: Unfortunately because this workout is quite slow paced it becomes boring after a few sessions. Yoga Boxing will feel like a good workout for beginners but the moves are tedious so it feels like you are working out for a lot longer than an hour.
The best part of this DVD is that its quite funny because you have to chant phrases like "I Want More" but the workout isn't useful for much except comic value.
Although this is a good workout for beginners I think a better choice would be Geri Yoga which allows you to progress with stretches and I noticed an improvement in my flexability each time I did Geri Yoga.

Summary: Why all the negative reviews?
Comment: I tried this video last year and found it a well-paced way back into exercise. If you are already fit or using other exercise tapes then this is probably not for you.
However, for us overweight, "I remember exercise,we did it at school" types this is exactly what we need to start us off.
