Summary: Great Music, Great Workout!
Comment: I do enjoy Tae Bo, however I recently got a little bored with the Tae Bo videos I had but felt inspired to do some more as the results you get from Tae Bo (IF you keep doing the tapes!!) are
second to none!
This is a great workout, with better music and a nice mixture
of total body exercise!
As it's split into sections you can choose which one's you do
(for now I am sticking to the Basic part) but know that I will
eventually be doing it all!
If you like BB you'll love this!

Comment: Follow the moves of the usual gang and lose weight.
This is a fast paced, great workout which is similar to Get Ripped, but at the same time, having different routines included.
I find it quite amusing to see the girls going from their places in the back in earlier releases, to the front row as the series progresses.
However, if you're disappointed with some of the workouts released after Christmas, you won't be disappointed with this.
I do Tae Bo every day, and every day I'm drenched with sweat. I was a hefty 13 1/2 stone when I started doing Tae Bo in earnest, and it's helped me drop to under 12 stone.
I love it!

Comment: I love taebo in general but this is one of the overall best tapes for the fact it keeps me coming back for more, the music is great and you really do feel alive when doing this workout, Ive seen great changes with this video and think its great the way Billy pretends hes in ur living room instructing you as well as the others...
