Summary: Non-Threatening for the Novice
Comment: I just did my first session using this tape, and I am pleased. The poses are easy to learn, the instructor is friendly, and I felt the benefits after only one use. I'm so relaxed! Like the previous reviewer stated, there ISN'T an intermediate workout following the beginner's session (even though it says so on the back of the box), but if you're a first-timer like me, you won't really mind. It's simple and you get what you pay for.

Comment: This is a great workout for a beginner, there is a lot of great info provided and the instructor is pleasant. The only thing to becarful of, is the fact that the vhs tape says there is an extra intermediate workout on the tape, but there isn't one, it's just the basic routine and that's it.
